The local stakeholders consultation was held on October 21-22, 2009 at Skylight Hotel, Puerto Princesa, Palawan. It aimed to develop a full project proposal on “Improving Forest Governance and Sustainable Upland Development through Climate Change Mitigation Financing Strategies in Southern Palawan, Philippines.”
