This document contains the proceedings from the Palawan Consultation on Reducing Emissions from Deforestation and Degradation (REDD) in Developing Countries: Exploring Forest Carbon Revenues for Philippine Forest-Based Communities held at the Skylight Apartelle, Rizal Avenue, Puerto Princesa City, Palawan on August 10-11, 2009. A total of sixty-six (66) representatives from NGOs (8); national and local DENR (7); LGU (11); Indigenous Peoples and Community-based organizations (19); and national-based institutions (16) attended the workshop.
