This document contains the proceedings from the Luzon Regional Consultation on Reducing Emissions from Deforestation and Degradation (REDD) in Developing Countries: Exploring Forest Carbon Revenues for Philippine Forest-Based Communities held at the U. P. Hotel, UP Diliman, Quezon City on May 27-28, 2009. The consultative-workshop brought together thirty-eight (38) Community and Forest-Based Organizations, Non-Government Organizations, Local Government Units, and National Government Agencies to present REDD concept, share lessons on REDD projects already implemented, exchange views and perspectives and draw out future courses of actions on REDD implementation in the Philippines.
