NTFP-EP Asia is in need of a Temporary Admin Assistant who will assist in all administrative and logistical matters.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Filipino national with at least two years of college;
  2. A self-starter and deadline-driven;
  3. Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to work in a multicultural environment and a team player;
  4. Good computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office365 programs and other online platforms

Duty station is in Quezon City, Philippines. Duration is from September 19 – November 18, 2022, with possible extension for a few days until all logistical concerns are accomplished. Daily rate is Php 570 for 8 hours of work.

Job Description

JOB TITLE: Administrative Assistant – Temporary Post (Admin Temp)

REPORTS DIRECTLY TO: Administrative Officer / Operations Director

COORDINATES WITH: Operations Assistant, Program Staff, Asia Finance Coordinator, NTFP-EP Operations Officer, other staff as needed

SCOPE AND DURATION:

The Admin Temp shall be a temporary posting for a period of two (2) months from 19 September to 18 November 2022. S/he shall assist in all administrative and related logistical concerns for upcoming special events during this period.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Meetings/Workshops and Program Activity Support
    • Arranges approved travels (e.g., coordinating any visa requirements, flight bookings, hotel arrangements, etc.) of staff, board of trustees, consultants, partners and resource persons attending both local and international events;
    • Coordinates necessary secretariat functions and preparations, in coordination with the Administrative Officer and Operations Assistant for organized events, workshops, trainings, and other activities.
  2. Performs other tasks related to his/her job designation as may be assigned by his/her supervisor from time to time.
