NTFP-EP is a collaborative regional network of NGOs and community-based organizations in South and Southeast Asia that is working with forest-based communities to empower to make use of and manage their natural resources. In Cambodia, NTFP-EP has been working in partnership and alliance with up to 20 NGOs and community based and indigenous peoples organizations and networks since 2007, and with over 80 NGOs and community based organizations in India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines and Vietnam. NTFP-EP works in particular to equip forest peoples in (re)building, maintaining and multiplying their support systems in sustainable forest management and livelihoods through practical, community based interventions and strategies. Such strategies include networking, knowledge and experience exchange, technical support in community based projects and enterprises, capacity building, advocacy and policy support, and documentation and dissemination of traditional and indigenous ecological knowledge. Under the Partnership Porgramme to Support Forestry and Fishery Communities in Kratie and Stung Treng Provinces, Cambodia, NTFP-EP and its Partners secured a substantial contribution of US$ 2.1 million from the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC) among other funders to carry out this programme’s Phase 1 (November 2014 and December 2016). Therefore, NTFP-EP Cambodia Programme is currently looking for a number of qualified candidates for the following positions as below:

I. Partnership Programme Coordinator (1 person – based in Phnom Penh)

Duties
• Be lead representative for the programme with partners and development stakeholders.
• Coordinates, manages, monitor and evaluate the partnership programme
• Manage the sub-grant contracts and evaluate outcomes with key partners.
• Produce reports based contractual grant agreement conditions and program outputs.
• Facilitate with other programmes in programme implementation and fundraising.
• Supervise programme technical staff and maintain good relationship with key partnership, stakeholders, government agencies, and communities.
• Other tasks as required by the Country Coordinator

Requirements
• University degree in forestry, natural resource, environment or rural development with at least 5 years of combined managed and field experience in related field with NGOs or Companies. The candidates have strong command of English/Khmer language, project management, communication and fundraising, leadership and facilitation skills.

II. Programme Finance Coordinator (1 person – based in Phnom Penh)

Duties
• Prepare, manage monitor annual financial budgets and expenditure for country programme.
• Prepare and monitor monthly, quarterly and annually financial reports, and consolidate all financial report for partner especially for Partnership programme to support Community Forestry and Fishery
• Prepared and Manage cash flow projection to ensure there is enough cash to implement activities.
• Monitor expenditures for all projects based on the submitted budget to the Manila headquarters.
• Develop financial field policy when needed.
• Other tasks as required by the line supervisor.

Requirements
• University degree in finance/accounting or banking with at least 3 years of work experience in related field with NGOs or Companies. The candidates have strong command of English/Khmer language, budgeting, auditing, and grant management skills.

II. Area Coordinators (2 persons – based in Kratie and Stung Treng, Preah Vihear, Mondulkiri)

Duties
• Serves as NTFP-EP point person / field contact in assigned area/s at provincial/landscape level
• Coordinates all NTFP-EP partner/community support activities in assigned location/s and ensures implementation of an integrated community based approach on-site
• Facilitates communication flow between partners and NTFP-EP and among partners on-site
• Perform other tasks as required by the Area Coordinator

Requirements
• University degree in forestry, fishery, natural resource management or rural development with at least 3 years of work experience in related field with NGOs or Companies. The candidates have strong command of English/Khmer language, project management, communication and fundraising, leadership and facilitation skills.

IV. Area Development Officers

Duties
Serves as NTFP-EP point person / field contact in assigned location/s.
Coordinates all NTFP-EP partner/community support activities in assigned location/s and ensures implementation of an integrated community based approach on-site.
Facilitates communication flow between partners and NTFP-EP and among partners on-site.
Conducts together with NTFP-EP technical officers capacity building, and other technical support activities in assigned location/s in the areas of enterprise development, community conservation/resource management, and food and health security (subsistence).
Monitors community based projects and provides inputs for integration in country/project reports and assessments.
Coordinates with relevant stakeholders on NTFP-EP activities, projects and partnerships in assigned location/s to ensure that NTFP-EP has the appropriate authorizations and support to conduct its field activities

Requirements
• University degree in forestry, fisheries, natural resource, environment or rural development with at least 2 years of work experience in related field with NGOs or Companies. The candidates have good command of English/Khmer language, communication, community organization, leadership and facilitation skills.
