End Project Evaluation (EPE) Consultant(s) 

NTFP-EP Asia is an association of 30 members with over 100 partner non-governmental organizations and community-based organizations working with forest-based communities to strengthen their capacity in the sustainable management of natural resources in Cambodia, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, and Vietnam.  

NTFP-EP Asia is implementing the NTFP component of the AFoCO CLMV Project “Capacity Building on Enhancing Resilience to Forest Fire, and Local Livelihood and Market Linkages in the CLMV countries (AFoCO/032/2022)” to strengthen Community Forestry Livelihoods (CLFs) and Strengthen Capacities and Market Linkages of Community Forestry MSMEs, ending on June 2026.  

NTFP-EP Asia is in need of End-Project Evaluators (a) Team Leader – EndProject Evaluation (independent consultant), and (b) Local Consultant (based in Cambodia, Lao PDR, or Vietnam) to assess progress toward the project’s objectives—particularly Project Output 2 (strengthening community forestry livelihoods and market linkages) and Project Output 3 (institutional/technical capacity for fire management) to be supervised by the Project Coordinator under a Fixedterm, outputbased consultancy (up to 3 months).

  1. Letter of Interest & Availability – include an all-inclusive lumpsum price, cost breakdown, and proposed number of consulting days. 
  1. Curriculum Vitae – highlighting relevant experience and three professional references (with contact details). 
  1. Sample work/s relevant to End-Project Evaluation.
